HR Representative - Remote

Overview

This role reports to the Senior Manager of People Operations and will join a collaborative, high impact team focused on delivering exceptional employee experiences across the globe. As the HR representative, you will be responsible for overseeing our immigration and global mobility programs, and play a critical role in supporting our workforce and ensuring a smooth, compliant experience.

In Short

• Own and lead all aspects of SurveyMonkey’s Immigration program, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage global mobility processes, including international assignments and relocations.
• Serve as the primary adviser for immigration and relocation needs.
• Oversee visa petitions and work permits with external counsel.
• Partner with vendors for seamless transitions and manage budgets.
• Track and report on mobility program metrics.
• Support the broader HR team with operational tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in corporate immigration or global mobility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and analytical mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• GMS certification.
• Experience with employment law in a global context.
