The Health Representative is responsible for contacting designated client groups, explaining the features and benefits of the offered products, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and informing them about company products. The role includes organizing local educational activities for healthcare professionals and promoting the product portfolio in accordance with the current marketing strategy.

  • Up to 50% of promotion is conducted through digital technologies.
  • Continuous development of product and medical knowledge.
  • Analyze the assigned territory for healthcare professionals and opportunities.
  • Provide market environment information to management.
  • Participate in internal sales and marketing meetings.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities in line with the business plan.
  • Manage the assigned budget effectively.
  • Build a positive company culture through effective communication.

Requirements

  • No previous experience in this position is required; experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
  • University degree in medicine, biology, or pharmacy is preferred.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Czech and good English skills are advantageous.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Driver's license (Group B).
