Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Hearing Representative in California Workers’ Compensation Defense.
• Knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation law.
• Understanding of EAMS, E-filing, and AME/PQME processes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Client-focused with a commitment to customer service.
• Lien Trial experience preferred.
• Able to handle adversarial litigation environments.
