Overview

As a Leasing Representative at First Capital, you will be responsible for executing the Sales & Leasing strategy for a portfolio of commercial properties in the Greater Toronto Area, focusing on maximizing profits and improving overall asset value.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in leasing office or commercial properties.
• University degree and affiliation with ICSC or Real Estate License preferred.
