In Short

• Support the Venue Success team to ensure venue partners’ issues are addressed quickly.
• Be a product expert for LineLeap technology and educate bars on best practices.
• Engage with venues and customers during launches and events.
• Coach new launch representatives as the team grows.
• Report any operational or technical issues to the LineLeap team.
• Assist with data entry, research, and ticketing support as needed.
• Work primarily in Nashville with travel expected up to 75% of the time.
• This is a remote-first position with weekend work required.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be willing to drive long distances.
