In Short

  • Support the Customer Experience team on an ongoing basis.
  • Be a product and knowledge expert for LineLeap technology.
  • Engage with venues and customers at launches and events.
  • Coach new launch representatives.
  • Report any issues or trends to the LineLeap team.
  • Handle various tasks such as data entry and research.
  • Work in a remote-first position with weekend work required.
  • Travel is expected up to 75% of the time.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

  • Knowledge of nightlife or hospitality industry is a plus.
