Launch Representative - Operations Team - Remote

Overview

The Operations team is growing and looking for candidates who can excel in a cross functional full-time salaried position. In this role, you will be working as a Launch Representative at least 3 weekends per month and spending the remaining time working as a part of the Operations team to assist our customers and venues.

In Short

• Support the Venue Success team on an ongoing basis.
• Be a product and knowledge expert for LineLeap technology.
• Be the boots on the ground for new partner launches.
• Attend launches and events to engage with venues and customers.
• Quickly observe and report any issues or trends.
• Change course as priorities shift with tasks.

Requirements

• This is a remote-first position with an atypical schedule.
• Schedule will involve evening hours.
• Travel will be required up to 75% of the time.
