Representative, Dealer Operations - Remote

Overview

The Representative, Dealer Operations is responsible for the administrative tasks that prevent loss to Company due to non-perfected liens.

In Short

• Canceling and requesting ancillary products
• Handling missing equipment and participation
• Executing communications with Dealers via phone, mail, chat, or e-mail
• Maintaining a clear understanding of other departments' processes
• Supporting dealer partners with customized solutions
• Providing exceptional service while handling complaints and inquiries
• Analyzing data to ensure proper collection and distribution
• Building relationships with Dealerships
• Properly documenting communication activity
• Performing required functional processes in a timely manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED - Required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Preferred
• 1+ Years Auto Finance field experience - Preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work within a team and/or individually

Benefits

• Base Pay Range Minimum: $33,750.00 USD
• Base Pay Range Maximum: $51,000.00 USD
