Overview

The Representative, Dealer Operations is responsible for supporting dealer partners by managing communications, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Auto Finance preferred.
  • Experience in Call Center or Auto Dealership preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing environments.
