• Support and work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other departments.
• Provide best-in-class service to CPG customers.
• Handle complex issues throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Ensure all orders and order change requests are processed accurately and timely.
• Build quality, long-lasting business relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proactively analyze and follow up on unshipped customer orders.
• Meet key metrics for order management.
• Quickly adapt to changing business needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the manufacturing supply chain and contract manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to resolve shipment issues effectively.
• Experience in order management and customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
