In Short

  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide support.
  • Utilize call scripts to address specific inquiries.
  • De-escalate conflicts and guide customers on vehicle features.
  • Maintain high availability for communication channels.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Provide information on dealership operations and Mitsubishi programs.
  • Work in a hybrid setup after initial training period.
  • Full-time attendance required, Monday to Friday.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of college experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Desire to grow in the automotive industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage heavy volumes with sound judgment.
