District Parts & Service Manager - Remote

Overview

Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) is seeking a District Parts & Service Manager to join our Southeast Regional Aftersales team. This role involves managing dealer parts and service departments while fostering professional relationships.

In Short

• Communicate and implement parts and service programs with dealers.
• Monitor dealer adherence to policies and procedures.
• Advise on operational improvements for customer satisfaction.
• Train dealership personnel on inventory and service processes.
• Provide automotive technical guidance to service staff.
• Report dealer performance to management.
• Resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Regular travel to dealerships is required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive retail/wholesale experience.
• 3+ years as a District Parts/Service Manager.
• Prior experience in automotive retail sales.
• ASE certification in multiple areas.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
