Overview

The District Service & Parts Manager is responsible for managing sales and service agreements between GM and its dealers, focusing on maximizing revenue and improving customer retention through effective business plans and dealer support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage change effectively.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills.
  • Innovative and adaptable in various situations.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations preferred.
  • Proficient in automotive parts and service systems.
  • Valid driver's license required.
