Overview

The District Service & Parts Manager is responsible for maximizing district revenue and enhancing customer retention by acting as a consultant to dealerships and overseeing the execution of sales and service agreements.

In Short

  • Manage sales and service agreements between GM and dealerships.
  • Conduct territory visits to dealerships in Louisiana.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve KPIs.
  • Analyze and recommend marketing strategies for dealerships.
  • Address and resolve aftersales customer needs.
  • Prepare and execute annual business plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealership leadership.
  • Must live in or relocate to the Baton Rouge area.
  • Requires valid driver's license and motor vehicle operation.
  • Remote work with occasional territory visits.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in dealership services or parts operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in dealership fixed operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and service systems.
  • Ability to adapt and innovate in various situations.
  • Strong customer orientation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Consultative selling skills.
