  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in dealership fixed operations.

  • 5+ years leading dealership fixed operations.
  • Proficient automotive industry knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of dealership service and parts operations.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license required.
