Overview

The District Manager Parts Service is responsible for overseeing the administration of sales and service agreements between GM, its dealers, and external customers, while working remotely and covering a specific territory.

In Short

  • Remote position with territory visits required.
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Acts as a consultant to dealerships and IAMs.
  • Develops and implements marketing initiatives.
  • Conducts standardized dealer contact processes.
  • Analyzes dealership marketing and merchandising plans.
  • Creates and executes annual Business Plans.
  • Addresses aftersales customer needs.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in dealership fixed operations.

  • 2+ years of experience in dealership fixed operations.
  • Proficient knowledge of automotive service and parts operations.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle legally.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in driving change management.
