Overview

The District Manager for Parts & Service is responsible for driving fixed operations revenue and enhancing customer experience for assigned GM dealerships in the Hudson and Minneapolis areas, working remotely from their home office.

In Short

  • Drive fixed operations revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Consult with dealerships to implement business plans.
  • Monitor KPIs such as parts sales and customer retention rates.
  • Execute GM Customer Care and Aftersales programs.
  • Analyze dealers' marketing and merchandising plans.
  • Resolve aftersales customer needs and warranty administration.
  • Prepare for dealer contact processes focusing on performance goals.
  • Develop and implement annual business plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealership leadership teams.
  • Work autonomously with effective time management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in dealership fixed operations.
  • Strong automotive industry knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in dealership service and parts operations.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to analyze dealership performance and provide recommendations.
  • Track record of driving results and managing change.
  • Problem-solving skills and customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
