Senior District Service Manager - Remote

Overview

This remote position supervises and coordinates the maintenance requirements established for all third-party providers. Develops supports and enforces policies, company goals and objectives by performing the following duties personally or through supervisors and staff assigned.

• Develop supplier scorecards and measurement criteria.
• Conduct regular inspections and appraise performance.
• Coordinate work schedules and maintain inventory levels.

• Assist in budget preparation and adjustments.
• Attend training to maintain professional knowledge.
• Ensure company confidentiality.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff.

Requirements

• 4 years of high school plus specialized training equivalent to 2 years of college.
• 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• 2 years of related management experience.
• Broad knowledge of accounting and computer skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in performance measurement and compliance management.
