Overview

The Senior Service Delivery Manager at Inetum will oversee large and complex IT Outsourcing Agreements, ensuring contractual compliance and identifying new opportunities for improvement and growth.

In Short

• Manage daily governance of IT Outsourcing Agreements.
• Ensure SLA & KPI results by coordinating with Operations Teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with customers.
• Monitor budgets and margins, ensuring correct invoicing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
• Communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
• Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
• Hold a Master Degree and knowledge of ICT industry.
• Preferred ITIL Intermediate or Service Manager certification.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office and quick adaptability to new tools.
• Solid interest and knowledge of the ICT industry.
