In Short

• Responsible for communicating and implementing dealer parts and service programs.
• Monitor dealers’ adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Guide and train dealership personnel.
• Provide automotive technical guidance to service personnel.
• Communicate dealer performance to management.
• Process and resolve customer inquiries.
• Regular travel to dealers required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive retail/wholesale experience.
• 3+ years as a District Parts/Service Manager.
• Prior automotive retail sales experience.
• Prior automotive wholesale experience.
• ASE certification in four or more areas.
• Valid driver's license and approved driving record.
