In Short

• Introduces and secures new business, and increases existing business for GeneDx.
• Partners and problem-solves with call points in the assigned territory.
• Accountable for lead generation and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates with operations for timely issue resolutions.
• Implements sales and marketing plans, supporting development events.
• Establishes relationships with physicians and genetic counselors.
• Promotes GeneDx services and makes recommendations.
• Holds in-person and virtual client meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field is a plus.
• 2+ years in healthcare sales or experience as a genetic counselor.
• Demonstrated ability to promote multiple service offerings.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills.
• History of integrity and professional ethics.
• Team player focused on quality patient care.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to handle difficult situations and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
