The Site Contracting Team Lead (SCTL) is responsible for planning and achieving contract execution targets while managing risks and supporting the regional site contracting needs.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with clinical study budgets.
• Legal knowledge is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in matrix-based organizations.
