Team Lead, Tax Content - Remote

Overview

As a Team Lead in Tax Content, you will manage tax compliance requirements and ensure that our software meets legislative standards while working with various stakeholders.

• Lead the Tax Content team in capturing direct tax compliance business requirements.
• Collaborate with tax content providers to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Build and update complex tax templates for software use.
• Research tax requirements and create clear specifications for development.
• Write comprehensive test case scenarios for software validation.
• Assist the QA team in executing test plans from a tax perspective.
• Monitor software developments to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Delegate and supervise junior team members' work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and partners.
• Work virtually with teams across different locations.

Requirements

• Experience in tax compliance with a focus on ONESOURCE Corporate Tax.
• Knowledge of multiple taxes and jurisdictions is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organized work style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use initiative.
• Experience working in a team environment and independently.
• Understanding of tax software systems.
• Interest in technology and software systems.
• Tax and/or Accountancy qualification.
