Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Designer within our Core team, you’ll own end-to-end design for key features within the SurveyMonkey platform, translating complex user needs into intuitive experiences and driving adoption and engagement.

In Short

• Lead the full product design lifecycle for major platform features.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define requirements and success metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design.
• Expertise in Figma for prototyping and design maintenance.
• Proficient in user research methodologies.
• Deep understanding of design principles and architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring designers.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
