• Administer core US and global benefits programs
• Manage vendor inquiries and resolve employee benefit tickets
• Ensure system data accuracy and manage carrier file feed error resolution
• Support annual benefits compliance tasks
• Manage benefits-related financial processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
