In Short

• Lead design and development of complex automation workflows and integrations across business systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Provide production support for existing and future automation and Lambda workflows.
• Write and maintain Python-based scripts to support automation and integration tasks.
• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for all workflows.
• Work with IT security and governance teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Contribute to measurable productivity savings and support solutions that reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering automation solutions.
• Strong technical expertise with integration and automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other SaaS applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• System certifications (Workato, Mulesoft) are a plus.
• Experience with UiPath is a plus.
• Experience working in a scrum environment.
