In Short

  • Join the Customer Success team as an Implementation Support Specialist.
  • Be the main contact for TPA during new group implementations.
  • Gather and document TPA requirements for implementations.
  • Assist Implementation Managers with project tasks.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and logs.
  • Coordinate daily tasks for Implementation Managers.
  • Support data entry for new group implementations.
  • Utilize CRM tools to build client profiles.
  • Act as a liaison between teams for invoicing and contracting.
  • Provide go-live support and participate in post-go-live discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating complex tasks across projects.
  • Experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Knowledge of Google platform/apps preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong team orientation and adaptability.
