Overview

The Implementations & Support Specialist at Oceans will ensure smooth merchant onboarding and provide first-response support for a climate technology application.

In Short

• Own widget placement and configuration on merchant sites.
• Make light edits to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to resolve display issues.
• Troubleshoot Shopify app conflicts and ensure seamless integrations.
• Serve as the primary implementation contact for the Sales team.
• Monitor widget health and act on alerts related to performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering for technical escalations.
• Support Sales-driven urgent timelines with clear communication.
• Manage multiple onboarding workflows accurately.
• Act as the first line of defense for merchant-reported issues.
• Work closely with sales and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English.
• 4–6 years in a support or implementation role.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in cross-functional collaboration.
• Solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
