In Short

• Provide live chat, email, and Slack support with clarity, urgency, and empathy.
• Support new client implementations alongside Customer Success Managers.
• Troubleshoot platform issues end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX teams.
• Build documentation, playbooks, FAQs, and smarter workflows.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• Redefine customer support as a strategic growth lever.
• Utilize tools like Intercom, Knowledge Base, and ChatGPT.
• Be the heartbeat of our support operations.
• Ensure a smooth go-live for new clients.
