Implementation Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

SmithRx is looking for an Implementation Support Specialist to join the company’s Customer Success team to support all core Implementation functions ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product.

In Short

• Main point of contact for TPA for new group implementations
• Gather TPA requirements such as contacts, due dates, and invoicing
• Document requirements in standard project templates
• Maintain project plans and open items log
• Coordinate tasks for Implementation Managers
• Conduct data entry for new group implementations
• Build client profiles using CRM tools
• Act as liaison between teams
• Provide go live support
• Participate in post go live discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred
• 1+ year experience coordinating complex tasks
• 1+ years supporting external clients
• Experience in a customer service role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Proficiency in Google platform/apps preferred
• Proficiency using Salesforce
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
