Overview

The Tech Support & Implementation Specialist will provide responsive technical assistance to customers while supporting the implementation and onboarding of new accounts, ensuring customer success through effective problem resolution and collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Provide technical assistance to customers.
  • Support the implementation and onboarding of new accounts.
  • Bridge customer success with backend operations.
  • Manage resolution of platform issues and support tickets.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering for escalations.
  • Maintain documentation and implementation playbooks.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in SaaS support or implementation.
  • Familiarity with CX or feedback tools preferred.
  • Data analysis experience required.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills needed.
