The Trauma Program Director is a senior expert leader responsible for coordinating and integrating services to ensure optimal care for injured patients, working collaboratively with local trauma program personnel.

Requirements

• Current RN license in West Virginia or applicable state.
• Minimum of 5 years as a trauma program manager.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of trauma registries.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft and project management software.
