Overview

Smartsheet is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative II to provide sales pipeline generation and revenue-driving activities and help fuel our growth targets for the fiscal year.

In Short

• Partner with Commercial and Enterprise sales teams.
• Develop account knowledge and relationship maps.
• Set qualified prospect meetings with Sales Executives.
• Strategically prospect key account targets.
• Engage in thoughtful conversations over phone and email.
• Be a subject matter expert on Smartsheet products.
• Generate appointments through various outreach methods.
• Manage outbound sequence campaigns.
• Document all activity in Salesforce.com.
• Monitor social web for leads.

Requirements

• Experience in a Sales/Business Development role.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Competitive spirit and self-motivated.
• Ability to understand customer pain points.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools preferred.
