Director, GTM Operations (Regional Sales Ops) - Remote

Overview

As Director of GTM Operations, you will act as a strategic partner and “Chief of Staff” to our North America sales leadership team, leading regional GTM strategy, business operations, and analytics.

In Short

• Serve as Chief of Staff to regional sales leaders, driving cross-functional GTM initiatives and operational execution
• Lead regional business planning and ongoing GTM strategy development
• Partner with Revenue Operations and BI teams for actionable insights and strategic reporting
• Own coordination between regional teams and central GTM functions
• Orchestrate analytics efforts supporting revenue strategy and sales performance
• Build and deliver presentations for sales leadership
• Support the annual planning process
• Develop analytical frameworks to measure Sales performance
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis
• Manage and mentor analysts in planning and performance tracking

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in GTM strategy or sales operations
• Proven success in leading teams in high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills for translating data into insights
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, and Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel periodically
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
