• Strong visual design skills and ability to influence design quality.
• Experience in SAAS or enterprise environments.
• Leadership qualities demonstrated through mentoring.
• Experience facilitating alignment on goals and requirements.
• Highly collaborative and resilient to feedback.
• Applied understanding of design principles.
• Desire to learn and evolve in design and leadership.
• Degree in Design (Interaction, Product, Communication, HCD, or related) or equivalent experience.
