Requirements

• Proven experience as an IC product designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with complex digital environments, preferably in Fintech, HR tech, B2B, or SaaS.
• Ability to autonomously own design projects.
• Experience in UI, interaction design, and visual design.
• Strong research and conceptualization skills.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and influence design practices.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
