In Short

• Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Play leadership role in executing sales plan for Federal Civilian Government business
• Lead virtual teams in winning business across their territory
• Accomplish a complex, solution-based sales process
• Develop new business opportunities by analyzing needs
• Articulate and demonstrate Smartsheet’s unique business value
• Proactively develop unsolicited proposals
• Effectively forecast sales opportunities
• Use Smartsheet in daily sales activities
• Travel as needed

Requirements

• History of direct sales success in the Federal Civilian Government market
• Experience developing new prospective customers
• Experience successfully closing large complex deals
• Strong executive presence with insight-based selling skills
• 7 years experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions
• Ability to build relationships with Federal Civilian executives
• Passion for working with cloud technologies
• Experience with complex, solution-based strategic sales process
• Experience in a constantly changing environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
