Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our US B2B sales team and drive revenue growth to expand our market share.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a go-to market sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the US.
  • Recruit, onboard and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs per sales channel.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Utilize data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and plan the sales budget, forecast and report sales funnel and revenue KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience in sales leadership and revenue generation in a B2B environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Success-oriented with a hands-on mentality and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to travel within the designated territory.
