Overview

SIXT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive with extensive travel agency experience to drive business growth through existing and new travel agency partnerships across both corporate and leisure sectors.

In Short

  • Account Management & Growth: Actively manage and grow a portfolio of travel agency partners through regular face-to-face visits, virtual meetings, and outbound sales efforts.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective travel partners to expand market reach.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Plan and implement sales initiatives to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, collaborating with corporate teams to tailor partner solutions.
  • Brand Representation & Training: Represent the SIXT brand professionally at industry events and in the field, delivering product training and promotional updates to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Partner Support & Enablement: Provide technical, procedural, and booking support to partners, ensuring a seamless rental experience and optimizing their performance.
  • Data & Performance Management: Maintain accurate partner records, track KPIs, and leverage CRM tools, GDS platforms, and booking engines to manage accounts effectively.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel industry sales, account management, or B2B relationship development.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Confident and engaging presenter, capable of delivering impactful presentations.
  • Relationship Building: Natural relationship builder with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Sales Drive: Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and initiating contact both in-person and virtually.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experienced with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Salesforce.
  • Independent Working: Able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
