Overview

As a Customer Service Exit Booth Agent at SIXT, you will play a key role in customer engagement and vehicle management, ensuring a seamless rental experience.

In Short

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Verify customer documents and driver’s licenses.
• Assist customers in selecting and exchanging vehicles.
• Offer additional products and services to customers.
• Finalize rental agreements and provide accurate receipts.
• Inspect returned vehicles for damages and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards.
• Work flexible hours including day or evening shifts.
• Travel may be required (5-10%).
• Willing to wear a company uniform.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Open to working 40 hours per week.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
