As a Customer Service Agent at SIXT, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and managing rental vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

• Ensure a seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

• Open to travel (5-10%) as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
