Overview

As a Business Development Executive at SiteMinder, you will work with hotel owners across Europe and the UK, building awareness about how our products can benefit their properties.

In Short

  • Client acquisition by creating new opportunities and upselling current customers.
  • Achieving sales KPIs and targets, finalizing sales in a timely manner.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills to prepare quotes and develop proposals.
  • Maintaining accurate records of business development activities on CRM.
  • Providing client feedback to the Product Team for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales experience.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Confident phone presence and great listening skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with customers.
  • Self-motivation and resilience.
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
