Overview

This is a great opportunity to join a growing sales team and play an integral role in building the foundation of a new function in our sales organization. We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager with experience in mobile marketing SaaS to serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a portfolio of clients.

In Short

  • Carry an Annual revenue quota
  • Manage the US/EMEA Mid-Market Customer Portfolio.
  • Work to increase customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features.
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success to facilitate timely renewals.
  • Educate and effectively communicate Singular's maximum value in complex negotiations.
  • Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven renewal, sales, customer success, account management and/or consulting experience.
  • Experience with carrying and continually exceeding quota
  • Experience selling SaaS technologies products/technologies
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding revenue and retention targets, with demonstrated success at maintaining strong & long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and experienced in succeeding in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record of forward and innovative thinking for driving business results
  • Demonstrable technical acumen and desire to operate hands-on with Singular product and operational tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Strong understanding of marketing, analytics, and attribution.
