Overview

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Singular, you will take ownership of our go-to-market tech stack, streamline systems and processes, and ensure our tools and data work in perfect sync to drive smarter, faster decision-making across sales and marketing.

In Short

  • Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, evaluating tool usage and integrating platforms.
  • Serve as SFDC administrator and power user to manage workflows and automation.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to design efficient processes.
  • Build and maintain reports/dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Lead tool onboarding and offboarding, managing vendors and training.
  • Identify trends and propose actionable improvements across sales and marketing.
  • Support forecasting and performance analysis for data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously analyze GTM data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of new features across GTM tools to improve workflows.
  • Be the go-to connector between systems to solve data gaps and ensure reliable reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing GTM tools, especially Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Hands-on SFDC admin experience with the ability to build and troubleshoot workflows.
  • Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations and connections between sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Ability to simplify complex tech ecosystems and eliminate unnecessary tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards and pipeline metrics.
  • Comfortable with both hands-on tasks and strategic thinking.
  • Curious, fast learner, and proactive problem-solver.
