Overview

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager will play a crucial role in streamlining our revenue processes, systems, and strategies to foster business growth, focusing on aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations for a smooth revenue generation process.

In Short

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a detailed revenue operations strategy.
  • Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Analyze current revenue processes for improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee management of HubSpot and revenue technology strategy.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for revenue growth.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards for revenue focus.
  • Ensure proper integration of systems for cohesive operations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for revenue operations initiatives.
  • Work closely with various teams for strategy execution.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations.
  • Proven track record of optimizing sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in GTM systems and sales technology tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Excel/Sheets, SQL, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • FP&A or finance background is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
