Overview

The Talent Acquisition Leader will be a key driver of SimplePractice’s global growth, leading from the front with a strategic, data-driven approach to talent acquisition that fuels business success.

In Short

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team in executing proactive talent strategies.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to assess talent needs.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners for workforce planning.
  • Champion a high-touch, scalable hiring process.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for recruitment marketing strategy.
  • Own recruitment for high-priority senior leader roles.
  • Continuously improve talent assessment and interviewing processes.
  • Develop and refine talent acquisition metrics (KPIs).
  • Implement a data-driven diversity sourcing strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience.
  • 5+ years of TA leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Recruiter.
  • Experience in recruiting for Engineering, Product/UX, GTM, HR.
  • Track record of building high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
