US Corporate Counsel - Remote

Overview

As US Corporate Counsel, you will have the opportunity to manage commercial agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners, addressing a variety of corporate legal needs, and providing daily legal support and guidance across all company departments.

In Short

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements with clients, partners and vendors.
• Supporting the activities of and collaborate with various departments in the company.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; bar admission in at least one US state.
• 3-5 years of extensive experience in a commercial or high-tech department.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple complex agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to be highly business oriented.
• Ability to balance legal concerns with the company’s business interests.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driven and motivated self-starter.
• Understanding and experience in data privacy and data security law.
