Since the company’s inception in 2019, we’ve been building a cashflow management platform that allows founders and small business owners to more easily manage their company’s financial health with a mix of accounts payable and flexible financing tools. • Join Settle as a Staff Software Engineer on the Roots team.
• Manage and develop the core Catalogue system.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience, preferably in B2B fintech.
• Experience in scaling infrastructure and building reliable APIs.
• Proficiency in CS fundamentals and willingness to learn Ruby on Rails.
• Experience designing scalable systems and microservices.
• Understanding of web-app architecture.
• Adaptability to changing project needs.
• Customer-centric mentality.
• Leadership skills and mentoring experience.
• Startup mentality and resourcefulness.
