Since the company’s inception in 2019, we’ve been building a cashflow management platform that allows founders and small business owners to more easily manage their company’s financial health with a mix of accounts payable and flexible financing tools. In Short

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small/mid-sized businesses.
• Engage with customers to understand their challenges.
• Coordinate customer check-ins and feedback sessions.
• Initiate proactive communication with customers.
• Gather customer feedback for product insights.
• Maintain expertise on product features and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Credit team on working capital management.
• Work with Sales for smooth customer transitions.
• Record customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Connect customers with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills for challenging situations.
• Team player with independent work capabilities.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Data reporting and consolidation skills.
• Proficient with Salesforce and accounting software.
