• Lead CRM marketing and drive customer conversion through optimized funnel management.
• Maximize acquisition and conversion using CRM, owned channels, and marketing automation.
• Develop and implement a data-informed CRM marketing strategy.
• Design and execute CRM programs aimed at improving conversion rates.
• Build workflows and campaigns targeting conversion optimization.
• Establish reporting frameworks to track KPIs across marketing and sales funnels.
• Leverage data analytics to understand customer behavior and identify trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Analytics.
• Own the optimization of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Experience in building and optimizing operational processes.
• Success in designing and executing data-driven CRM programs.
• Deep understanding of GTM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency with data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience in linking marketing activities to sales outcomes.
